From the desk of the Idaho Council Director:

January 2007

Can you believe that it is 2007 already? It just seemed like last year we were worrying about Y2K and what would happen to our computers, ATM's and the like. Now its 7 years later and the computers are still working!

I hope that each of you has taken the time to reflect where you have come from and what you would like to achieve in the coming year. Now is the time to set you goals for both your professional and personal life.

Your membership in NAIW is a great start for obtaining the goals that you have set. Just think of the wealth of information that is at your finger tips when you log onto NAIW.org. You can order workbooks for classes; you can contact members across the nation. You can find information regarding how to run meetings…..I could go on and on, but you need to log on and find out for yourself!

As you move forward in the New Year, think about what you would like out of NAIW, what does your membership mean to you? How can we pass on the NAIW word? I will be asking those questions so be ready!

I will be contacting each of the local Presidents to make plans for the official local visit. Be thinking of when you would like for me to visit remember I'm here for you and if I can be of any help just let me know.
